The route is half Dutch, half German and is 130km in length. The track between waypoint 6 and 7 is not a direct route according TomTom maps, but you need to take a right turn onto 'Schoonebeker Diep' to go to waypoint 7. Do not turn around as advised in your navigation system, the road is a normal road that can be driven but is not shown in the used maps! To drive this Altenberger tour, use setting 'fastest route' in your TomTom device.
